So Easy to use

This is at least the 5th year I've used turbotax. It's fast, efficient and takes the worry out of doing taxes.
What's great about it: Can easily enter all your info and complete in one sitting

use basic every year.
What's not so great: put the 'continue' box in the same spot on every page so i dont have to roll down to the bottom of the page.

Best Software in last 5 years

Now running Turbo under Win 7 with 4 GB RAM, and it is so fast that its hard to keep up with the software. I especially like the way the FORMS present and the guidance by notes is great.
Will e-file, but, this is the first time I will have tax due and I am not sure how payment will be made. But, it's and adventure!
What's great about it: It got easier to use
What's not so great: Not sure if e-file will work with a tax due

I used Turbo Tax for several years but last year I went with another software - big mistake! But now I am back and will stay with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy and complete.

Quick and easy

This product was very easy to use. I like being guided through all sections. Everything was well explained. I especially liked seeing the comparison to last year as I went through each topic. This was even easier to use than last year.
What's great about it: Automatically transferred information from last year. Showed comparison to last year as I went through each section.
What's not so great: Trying to sell me upgrades.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Could not go back to the worksheet where you list investments sold. I had made a mistake in the amount paid and when I tried to go back to correct this, I couldn't get back to the worksheet by hitting the back button. I had to erase the entire worksheet and go back and re-enter all the sales data. It would make life easier if the back button took you back to the last page you were working on. Other than that, no problems.
What's not so great: Some difficulty in navigation

Easy Filing

Turbo Tax is easy to use and trustworthy. Even though we use the standard deduction to file our taxes, it is still worth the price of Turbo Tax to not worry about math errors, etc. We have been using Turbo Tax for 15+ years. Extremely satisfied with the product.
What's great about it: Have used Turbo Tax for 15 + years. It's easy and reliable!
What's not so great: None
