Taxes are easy now

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 14 years. I couldn't be happier with your product. You have turned drudgery into a small chore. The complexity of our tax code is absurd and getting worse. Turbo Tax has spared me the agony of plowing through our convoluted IRS forms and instructions. The effort Turbo Tax saves me is worth 100 times what I pay for your product. Thanks a lot.
What's great about it: I don't even have to try to make sense of what the Feds impose on us.
What's not so great: None.

Inconvenient to updarte

I run as a lowly user to reduce my chance of getting a virus or whatever. But this year's Turbo Tax made me log in as admin to update. Then when I went back to my lowly user login, it seemed oblivious that I'd updated it & wanted me to update it again, which I of course COULDN''T do as a lower user even if I wanted to.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Can't update as user, must be admin.

Easy Tax Day

Turbo Tax is easy to use and very thorough. I started from scratch and progressed all the way through e-filing with no issues what so ever. I like the method of leading us through every category to ensure nothing is left out. Can't get any more thorough than that. E-filing wwas a snap and directions were simple. Form 1040-V was presented and printed, as promised, to finalize my payment. Love this program!
What's great about it: Clear, concise, and easy to use. Used the step by step method and left nothing out.
What's not so great: Found nothing to complain about.

Dialogue is simple and easy to use. Institution import worked nicely. Could only get import from Quicken 2012 to work by creating a .TXF file and trying various approaches.
What's great about it: Importing Institution & financial sw data. Fairly easy to use.
What's not so great: Unable to import from Quicken 2012 to TT 2013 without a hassle.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

The best tax software available. Keep improving, but always maintain user friendliness - and accuracy - at all costs!
What's great about it: Many - Overall ease of use, auto updates, save & go back, tutorial, simple language. You guys set the gold standard.
What's not so great: Pushing pricey extras ; one day state submittals will be free?

Easy Tax Even For A 70 Year Old

Turbo x software is for everyone. I didn't grow u using computers and have found it difficult to deal with many o the software programs I need to use occupationally. However this isn't the case with Turbo Tax. It is very straightforward for even those of us who are nearing seventy years of age. The program is a wonderful guide and easy to follow. It explores possible deductions that most people would not be aware of if they were preparing their taxes on their own.
For anyone who has not used Turbo Tax, my advice to you is get on the bandwagon. You'll have an easy time preparing what might have been a difficult return. In the process you'll also maximize the tax return you get from Uncle Sam. Turbo Tax is the best!
What's great about it: Don't have to be a computer guru to follow the easy step-b-step instructions. Even difficult tax situaitons are address
