Have used turbo tax for years but this year was unable to electronically submit. Was told to update but when I went to update was told it had already been done! Very frustrating!!!

A Slam Dunk

I have been using Turbotax and Quicken for years and the combination makes filing my tax return a breeze. Enter your information correctly in Quicken during the year and the tax filing process takes an hour or so. A match made in heaven
What's great about it: Ease of use, thorough, accurate time saving

I've been lucky that I used to have family members take care of my taxes every year. This year I decided to try it myself since I've heard it's very easy. And it was! Definitely will use Turbo Tax from now on.
What's great about it: very easy to use (easier than expected)
What's not so great: lots of pop-ups prompting me to buy up
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Pretty Good Product

Turbo Tax retrieves info from past returns and saves a lot of typing. I also like the 'side by side' info from last year. That helps me make sure I didn't forget anything. - Okay - get to change my nicname.....again - running out of ideas!
What's great about it: I like the step by step walk through.
What's not so great: I really can't think of any. Honest!

Keep up the good work. i plan on using this in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use & direct and to the point. Keeps you from making mistakes.
What's not so great: I did not find anything I did not like about this software

My TurboTax experience

What's great about it: Guides you logically through filing your taxes
What's not so great: Every year I have to go back into Income/Wages and add in my state refund as income

Turbo Tax is the easiest 'do it yourself' tax prep there is.
What's great about it: Easy as ever...return was more complex, but everything worked out
