Easy peasey...until me return was returned by the IRS the next day. Got the email from TT, logged in, and noticed I mis-typed my wife's ssn. Corrected and re-filed - for free. I've been using TT for over 10 years and will continue to use them until I no longer have to file! ;-)
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: None noted
Pros: I moved

Overall you have done a good job. As usual.
What's great about it: Appropriate questions are asked that are easily understood.
What's not so great: Was not crazy about going back each time a section was completed should go automaticall to next one.

Two suggestions:
When entering charitable donations, as a donation is completed and you continue to the next, the screens returns to the top of the list, requiring scrolling down. Why not return to the list at the place you just were, i.e., the bottom?
Working through the review and correction stage somehow seems a little clumsy. Entering missing charity addresses required a repeated key stroke to get move on the the next item.
What's great about it: Reliable!
What's not so great: A little awkward in spots

I have used turbo tax for the last 14 years. It has really been great and I particularly like the fact that it enables me to download all of my investment information from my broker right into my tax return. Also, every year before this year it has automatically included all my basic information from last years return. However, for some reason this year it said it couldn't find it. The complete return is in my computer and I can bring it up and look at all of it.. I must have done something wrong but I don't know what. It is right there with all of the prior years which did transfer o.k.. While there is substantial info on your web site, I could not get anything to work. Also, I could not find any way to discuss my problem with a human being. It was frustrating. Of course I could (and did) enter all of the information. I'm hopeful I won't have the same problem next year.

While taxes are complicated, TurboTax is simple.

Compared to what I had to do many years ago in filing my taxes, TurboTax is a joy. This takes the burden in filing in data into the right form location and performing the correct calculations.
What's great about it: Ability to switch from data entry to forms.
What's not so great: When going back to detail data entry, many pushbuttons are not set as they were initially. Have to reset them each time.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Which version review

Normally I pick up a the boxed product from a local store. But could not find the basic Version after checking at several local stores. So went on line, there I did find the Basic along with the Deluxe package. The online tool to help determine the correct version I would need lead me to the Deluxe version. Over the years I had found the Basic was all I used. Ageist the recommendation on your site, I went with the Basic version with the apprehension that I may have to get the Deluxe product once I got into it. Turns out I did not and could clearly file a join, 1040 with itemized deductions. As with previous years the State tax part the main difference, and Florida does not have state income tax. I did not appreciate the hard sale and felt mislead toward purchase of an upgrade version. In the end the Basic Product worked as expected, which as previous years was excellent.
What's great about it: Product was easy to install and complete to file return.
What's not so great: Was not happy with hard sale to an upgraded version.

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years now, and notice improvements every year. However, I do have one comment concerning this year s edition. When filling out "Annuity" information, I was a bit confused by the question about RMD for a retirement annuity from a pension fund not associated with a 401K plan..
What's great about it: Easy to follow guidance
What's not so great: None
