Aging With Turbo Tax

Aging has enough difficulties without our taxes becoming more of a burden. Turbo Tax walks us through the changes every year and keeps them simple so we don't have to worry about forgetting something and re-doing the math over and over just to make sure there is not an error. Will continue using every year!

I have been using TurboTax for many years and even though I have property I can never have enough deductions to excel the standard deduction. Is there a way to bypass this step.

Worked Great For Years

I have used TurboTax to file multiple federal and state returns for over ten years. This year I only needed to do my own federal return. Because of my familiarity with TurboTax, I was able this year to use the Basic package for the first time. And electronic filing is quick and easy. In fact, I was notified of my 2013 return being sent to the government before I started on this review! I heartily recommend TurboTax to everyone for preparation of their individual tax returns.
What's great about it: I like being led through the process first. Then I can focus on specific forms and entries
What's not so great: TurboTax now forces me to pass through all the prior work when resuming from an intermediate stopping point.

Form images were very helpful in making sure you had the correct form.
What's great about it: very easy to understand;
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use

I've been using Turbo Tax for the past 6 years. It makes filing my return easy and simple. The e-filing feature just tops off the cake. A good product I'll continue to use in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use

No Drama

tired a few different tax software packages but I always come back to TurboTax. Straight forward user interface and questions. Good help. And as always, importing from broker saves a ton of time and reduces errors.
What's great about it: simple questions, great import from web
What's not so great: too many optional purchases
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

The program really helps me do my taxes with great descriptions and directions.
What's great about it: I really like the e-file option.
What's not so great: When doing online tax program your information dosen't transfer to the next years taxes.
