TurboTax is a good step by step program. TurboTax does not offer all the advice and reference as it did in the past.

Filing was easy

Make it more clear if prior year and documents from on line sources have been uploaded correctly.
What's great about it: Guides are good. Explanations were good. Downloads of documents from suppliers was great.
What's not so great: Didn't update automatically. Wasn't clear if 2012 rolled into 2013

Always does a great job with my taxes but cost for state products and efiling for same not cheap. I work in one state but live in another.

Fastest, easiest, no headache way to do your taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax for approximately 20 years, to file not only my taxes, but those of my friends and family.......even my BOSS!! In doing so many returns, I have thrown every scenario to Turbo Tax, and every time it made the process very easy, with comprehendible instructions that those of us without an Accounting degree can understand and follow. Turbo Tax has proven to me time and again, that this program is the only program I need to file correctly, and get the biggest return I can obtain. It's been a 20 year relationship, and I am sure it will be at least 20 more!
What's great about it: fast, easy, covers all situations in which you may receive a larger refund, double checks before filing, more and more
What's not so great: can't seem to get an instant refund no matter what I do!! ;)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using TurboTax since 1995. Electronic filing since 2002. Takes the hassle out of filing taxes. No problems/no worries. Thanks for TurboTax!
