As mentioned in the "Cons" - an assumption is made regarding some pension plans. Most company sponsored pension plans that have been established for many years never mentioned MRDs. The way the questions are presented focusing on these requirements are very confusing for those of us that have been drawing on these plans for a few years.
What's great about it: Importation of previous year data & yr to yr comparison of totals
What's not so great: Confusing on pension plans MRD directions and assumptions

2013 Turbo Tax Review

I have used TurboTax every year for 20 years, including preparing my S Corporation returns.Because of its seamless interface with QuickBooks, I don't even consider using other products.
What's great about it: Well structured, easy to follow steps
What's not so great: None. Great product

I have used this software for over 15 years. It has gotten easier and smoother to get thru.

It's easy just follow the directions, and fill out your forms. They ask all the questions to fill out your taxes correctly.

Turbo Tax is Good for ME

I love Turbo Tax. I've used it for 7-8 years. The one thing I don't like is the constant "do you want to upgrade" questions. guess what? I don't. If I wanted a more sophisticated version I would have bought that one. Please stop trying to up-sell me while I'm trying to enter my info.
What's great about it: Easy, step-by-step, hold my hand process
What's not so great: Some confusion in what to enter

Printing

Have windows 8 now and had XP last year. Had same problem both years. Had to go to "advanced" property and specify "print image" to get it to print. WHY???????????
What's great about it: Everything except PRINTING
What's not so great: PRINTING Problems
