I have used this program for 2 years now. It's much quicker then the H& R block was that I had used before.

I had a refund coming and I wasn't asked if I would like to apply it to next year so I had to force the amount to be applied to next year's return. Even after that, the 1040 ES forms weren't adjusted accordingly.
What's great about it: Generally very complete
What's not so great: 1040 ES problem
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to use. Simple to follow instructions.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Some forms were not available till a later date.

I would like a bit more flexibility
Some forms seem very redundant
Should tell you if you need to file Alternative Tax Automatically figure that out.
My stated payment was put in year 2012 on Summary instead of 2013 but on final copy on 09 Mar 2014 it was corrected

Still The Best Tax Software. . .but

I previewed what I thought I needed to print (specific forms). But I decided to NOT print most of the worksheets by going back and un-checking those worksheets. When I pressed the "Print" button, all the pages I originally checked off printed out !
I suppose I should have hit the "Back" button(s) all the way back to the Review section and then proceeded to the Print Review section again.
What's great about it: I liked all the reminders, just in case I forgot about a credit.
What's not so great: Did not enter spouses date of death on final return. The Print Preview printed all the pages; I only wanted 11 pages!

Just one little peeve

I've been using TurboTax for years; nothing could be simpler in my mind. Just one thing: can't the software recognize when someone is in a state that doesn't have an income tax, and not ask us if we want to file our state return, tell us that we haven't filed a state return, and ask us if we're sure we don't want to buy the state version?
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: None, really.

Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it easier every year. I recommend it to my friends and family. It is easy to enter information. The explanations on areas I have questions on are very complete and understandable. I find the information from the prior year to be helpful so I don't forget any areas. The carry forward from prior years saves me lots of time. I would not use any other software or an accountant as even they make mistakes.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: can't think of anything I love the product
