The State package was incomplete and required a bunch of manual work. I waisted the $ I spent to get the State package
What's great about it: Federal wass good. Easy to use. Complete

Wouldn't Use Any Other Method

Have been using Turbo Tax for probably 10 years. Very easy to use and have never had a problem. No reason to ever pay anyone else to do it.
What's great about it: Ease of Use, very thorough
What's not so great: None!

Works Great Every Year

I, like most people, really don't enjoy doing taxes. But with TurboTax it is literally as easy as answering a series of easy to understand questions. The program does the rest.
What's great about it: Easy to use and always up to date with tax changes.
What's not so great: None, this is simply the best program to use.

Overall it was fairly simple and straight forward.
What's great about it: Mostly point and click.
What's not so great: A lbit confusing at the end with print, preview and e-file back and forth..

Turbo Tax is the easiest Tax program to use to file taxes.

For the most part Turbo tax is easy to use, but a person still has to know a lot more about doing one's taxes that Turbo tax implies. It can be frustrrating to figure out where to put some information.
