Love Tubo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 12 years. I love it! I tried a competitors 1 year and did not like it. turbo tax can be used by any one I have told my whole family and that is what they all use too.
What's great about it: Easy to use and explains why
What's not so great: don' t have any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Awesome Program

I have a tax background in Canada and used Turbo Tax to file for my friend here in the United States. I had to read some of the help, but was able to work through it with information from help. However if someone does not know anything of taxes, they may have to call for help. Thanks for the program!
What's great about it: Easy to use and detailed help if needed!
What's not so great: If you know nothing of taxes, may be confusing

2013 version of Turbo Tax is the worst I have ever used. I used Parsons Technology from its inception until Turbo Tax purchased it. Except for one year when I tried Block's Tax Cut, I have used Turbo Tax every year since then. I do have some past experience with the product. I want to review forms as I proceed with the tax. Also I was not comfortable E filing this year because though I answered the question did we file together last year the software asked for each person and of course we had only one joint agi. Is this a glitch?
What's not so great: Cannot review forms as you go along.

Another Great Year --Thanks to TurboTax!

The entire program worked great again this year! I had new forms to fill out but they were easily completed. List of return forms and worksheets mad it easier to enter and then check entries by switching back and forth,
What's great about it: Quick selection of Interview or Forms. Easy to switch back and forth.

Straight forward process

Overall, we have used TurboTax almost every year for 10 years. The one time we used a tax-prep company, it did not really yield us any better results and was twice as expensive.
What's great about it: Walks you through each step and is user friendly
What's not so great: Minor confusion about a form 1099-MISC
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used Turbo Tax since 1991. It has improved and gotten easier every year in spite of the ridiculous worksheets required by the IRS.
