i was unable to print forms because a a paid subscription to Adobe pro came on the screen and disable the printing process.
Do you have any ideas how i can over come this problem

Consistently easy to understand

I've lost track how long I have been using TurboTax, but this product has been consistently easy to use and stress free for many years. I tried some other products in past years and the their user interfaces were difficult to navigate and I ended up going back to TurboTax and discarding the "other" software. Thanks for a product that has performed consistently and well!
What's great about it: ability to go back and review without loosing previous inputs
What's not so great: most difficulty I had was with translating the 1099 on a stock sale
Pros: I bought or sold investments

It would seem that you could put in place a overview for the tax. To be used to see if standard deduction could be used other than going thru 4 hours of work to find out you don't qualify.
What's great about it: The easy use of theproduct
What's not so great: Still use the hold thing even though not needed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Snowy Saturday

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have been very satisfied. This year on a snowy Saturday afternoon I sat down to do the dreaded tax return and voila!!!! it wasn't bad!!. I really liked the option of being guided through sections or only updating the information that needed to be updated. This saved a lot of time. I also really like the imported information from last year's return, again a real time saver. Thanks for another painless return process!
What's great about it: Efficient, Simple, Fast

Each Year Gets Better

I haven't seen other programs, but I can't conceive of one being easier to follow. But, I say this every year and the next year is always better than the last.
What's great about it: The ease of filing because of your great instruction
What's not so great: It was not real clear asto where to enter the 1040 ES payments

I now have a pretty basic tax return and use the basic turbo tax program, but Turbo Tax Basic is really too expensive for my limited needs.
What's great about it: It is easy to use

Where is the State Sales Tax Deductions!

After multiple attempts to get my State of TN Sales Tax Deduction, the software, even after being updated would not allow it......and thus threw me into the Standard Deduction. I guess this was the best for my situation this year, but I wish TurboTax had been a little more clear and definitive with an explanation. Plus, I don't like having to register with user names and passwords to be able to CHAT and comment on open forums.
There was also no need to register my wife as a Private Tutor for 2013 and TurboTax would NOT take it out.....kept asking me to info......and still printed stuff off because of the depreciation on the computer. Schedule C STILL came out anyway. This was NOT necessary. Need to make this easier to take out. Her employment situation changed and no longer private tutors.
What's not so great: I never could get the State of Tennessee Sales Tax Credit.....
