Lots of Guap Refund

Overall really simple, the transaction from page to page is good because it keeps the flow going
What's great about it: Quick
What's not so great: Too long

The best tax software!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. There are some software changes every year due to the legislation that changes tax law. Turbo Tax always adapts to the changes without changing the format much. I find it rather simple to use for my taxes, which some years have been very complicated and some years not too difficult. It is always accurate!
What's great about it: It is easy to use and puts the right numbers in the right places!
What's not so great: None I can think of

Insufficient info on car tax credit. We leased, then bought our Prius. Had to go and read in several different sites to find out if we were eligible. Still not sure. After installing the updates, the credit was calculated for us. We indicated that we bought it in 2013 and it was a 2011 model.
Also, really had to dig around to find the page for filing OPM retirement annuities. Not the easiest program to move around in,
What's great about it: Liked being able to complete and email the form online.
What's not so great: Constantly going back to the deduction overview before inputting another form.

Excellent guide through entering income and deductions. However, several areas relating to IRA income is insufficiently descriptive and answers are not available when you ask for help.
What's great about it: fills out an infinite number of forms that would be impossible to do by hand
What's not so great: doesn't explain some options

Turbo Tax is the best

Turbo Tax fills out elaborate forms for me each year. I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years and I feel so confident when I file my taxes.
What's great about it: They guide your through--step by step and explain everything

It was simple to use and like I used to do manually, checks checks and double checks to make sure you are error free!
What's great about it: Super easy- a pleasant tax experience!
What's not so great: Can't think of one...hmmm
