Not the best refund, BUT helped answer questions

I have been using TurboTax for the past 5 years, this year will be my 6th.
Installation/setup of software
The software is easy to install for any user, the setup is extremely easy and straight forward.

I am not a person that prepares taxes by trade, but data entry of my W-2's and other documentation has also been really easy to follow.
I did have some questions regarding additional credits (or at least trying to find additional since I have a son who is "aging out") and every possibility that TurboTax provides has been easy to understand and follow.
What's great about it: Any questions that I needed further explanation, the forums and Help Center answered all of my concerns
What's not so great: Right now there isn't anything wrong that I could find at this time

My return was easy and the questions were as well. Of course I have no idea what the IRS hokey pokey in the background is all about. I don't like to be uninformed but I don't know how that will change. (Of course since the average employment time at the IRS is about 3-5 years, I'm sure they are supremely knowledgeable about it.)
What's great about it: straight forward, good questions, program ready to go

Just a little confusing at times, but will find out next year if it gets easier. Did not understand that after filling out everything, turbo Tax came to the conclusion that a standard deduction would be the best to file.
Yet, when I printed a copy. It gave me twenty something pages of everything, not just the standard deduction. What was sent to the IRS????
What's great about it: Very thourough
What's not so great: A little confusing at times.

Maximized!

As always, Turbo Tax made the dreaded tax filing ordeal painless. Turbo Tax guidelines helped maximize our return. It's good to know we can rely on this to help us through our first couple of years of retirement. Every penny counts. Did have an issue with a state retail sales credit. The program alerted me that this form was not available until December 2013. Since it was already February, I decided to go force looking for updates. In years past, Turbo Tax did this upon first load. Just a little hiccup in the scheme of things. I still give the system five out of five stars.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and thorough. Supports stops and starts without a hitch. Maximize your deductions and hence your return.
What's not so great: Loaded Turbo Tax from CD. TT didn't automatically look for updates.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When a IRA is annotated the worksheet is not updated
