Wonderful Product!

I love Turbo Tax! It makes tax filing almost enjoyable. The way they take you through each step in a logical progression and check to make sure you don't have any mistakes makes this an excellent product. I can't quantify just how highly I recommend this product. Thanks intuit!
What's great about it: Automatic rollover of data from previous year, expert advice, easy to use, maximum refund.
What's not so great: Attempts to Up Sell me to a version I do not need.

I like It!

I have used Turbo Tax for years and intend to continue to use it. However, when I purchase the "basic", that's all I want. I don't want the software to offer additional features for additional cost. Maybe you should offer a product that's really "basic" and then another product that's "basic plus". That way anybody that want to purchase the additional state software, audit protection and other features you offer will have it available in the "basic plus". However, those of us that do not want it will have the "basic only" version. To give you a better idea of my meaning, I hate commercials when I'm watching a good movie. :-)
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Too many offers for extras
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to use, efile was a great convenience. Had everything in and submitted in 1/2 an hour.
What's great about it: Step by step guidance, knows all the rules
What's not so great: some of the topics were a bit over my head

I'm confident that I've filed properly and will get all the deductions I deserve. Turbo Tax makes it easy, once all my required papers have been assembled. It makes payments safe and efficient.
What's great about it: Being walked through each step and advised when Turbo Tax detects possible mistakes.
What's not so great: A little more difficult this year.
