Quick and easy

I liked the options given along the way because some I wanted to do myself and others I chose the step by step option. Only took me parts of three days to complete the return.
What's great about it: Liked the direct downloads from financial institutions
What's not so great: The "print return" instructions were dismal (early on); later OK

Quick and complete

I highly recommend Turbo Tax to any user. I find it mostly easy to use and accurate, even with a background in tax and accounting.
What's great about it: Leads you through all items
What's not so great: sales tax in 2 states not handled well. Had to "work around" to get accurate result

You should not keep asking if I want to file state return. I am a Florida resident. You should know that Florida does not have a state income tax.

Complete and Easy - Refund!

Program is easy to use and takes you through a very complicated process step by step with ease. Plenty of help and explanations along the way when needed. Easy to E file - Bank funding fee a little high but it is convenient so I use it with a smile. The process to secure a simple State Filing Fee refund is cumbersome and almost seems like a roadblock to prevent you from requesting same.
State filing is also very easy and step by step. I use every year and will again next year I am sure.

Really turbo'd my taxes

VERY HAPPY
What's great about it: being able to back up and/or adjust entries. Gives immediate feedback.
What's not so great: If I save a section, I still have to answer the same questions on editing. The software should have a state filter.
