I like the fact I can export from older CPU to the newer one
What's great about it: Easier every year I use it
What's not so great: Nothing I can thing of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using Turbo Tax now for a number of years and it continues to be awesome - easy and fairly quick for me.
What's great about it: Easy and doesn't take too long

No comparison to the Turbotax Federal . No place to enter estimated taxes paid. Could not tell whether I was entering the same information more than once. Wound up with a tax refund twice the amount I paid quarterly. Sheer nonsense. Am asking VISA to cancel what I paid for it. Will never use the state form again.

What's not so great: Confusing to the 9th degree

had a little trouble with e-file, but the help site had the answer - I just needed to eject the disk. Worked perfectly after that.
What's great about it: easy to use, easy to load, questions are good, to the point. I like that it pulls the previous year info
What's not so great: none came to mind

Couldn't find PDF file

When I say unable to find PDF file, I mean Turbo Tax 2013 program couldn't. I could pull up the file and read all of last years return. But even finding it myself your program could not read it or something, it kept acting like it did not exist. That meant I had to retype all our personal info. What a drag. I hope 2014 does better. I let your program save the file to my computer as in past years. If the same next year I am through with Turbo Tax

2012 information was not transferred to 2013 even though it was in the last few years and since I have the automatic renewal for the basic TurboTax version.
Also the donation is becoming much more cumbersome especially since last years info was not tranferred
