Had trouble with the ID numbers, program wanted 6 numbers and mine was 5 numbers, it accepted the 5 numbers after I put in my AGI amount from last year...

Like having the prior years calculations brought forward and it can be a reminder of topics that need to be addressed.
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and I have found it to be a very user friendly experience.

Ouch..but!

I found this years Turbo more difficult to use than the previous years, and I have been a long time customer. It was difficult to exact which form I was using when I needed to revise and or edit. Mostly, I just started over with the general questions which is a waste of time.
I like to start filling in the info when it begins to arrive, editing as the newer forms arrive. But finding where I needed to go was a challenge.

What's great about it: continued pick up of former entries
What's not so great: I had to say done when I knew I wasn't done but the forms I needed had not yet arrived.

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR OVER 20 YEARS. HAVE NEVER BEEN AUDITED OR EVEN HAD AN INQUIRY FROM OUR BUDDIES AT THE IRS. :)
What's great about it: QUICKLY WALKS YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING SO YOU DO NOT MISS INCOME THAT COULD CAUSE AND AUDIT, OR DEDUCTIONS TO SAVE $$$$$
What's not so great: WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE?
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo-Tax since 2005 and it and associated products are the best I have seen. The process is intuitively useful and self explanatory. there are more features available than I may ever need to use but there has never been a feature I needed that wasn't available. To me, that is the power of Turbo-Tax.

I always use TurboTax. It's easy, fast, no brain filing.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: There were a couple of times the walk-thru confused me and I had to go back.

Printing problem

I've never had a problem printing my return before but this time the printing stopped half way into the third page. I ended up wasting alot of paper and ultimately printed one page at a time!
What's great about it: Love the ease of walking through the itmes
What's not so great: printing
