CALLED AND SPOKE WITH BARBARA, SHE TOOK CARE OF MY NEEDS AND ASSISTED ME GETTING THE CD VERSION OF TURBOTAX, BECAUSE ON-LINE DID NOT HAVE WHAT I NEEDED.
USED TURBO TAX MANY TIMES, 1ST TIME I COULD NOT FIGURE IT OUT ON MY OWN (UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCE) BUT HEY CAME THROUGH, HELPED ME OUT. I WOULD REC. TO EVERY ONE!
What's great about it: TELEPHONE SUPPORT
What's not so great: ONLINE WAS DIFFICULT

A good program to do your taxes. Better than doing it yourself.

Unable to e-file

Unable to efile even though the AGI was correct. Unable to get new pin from IRS by phone or website. Was able to efile last year.
The last rejection said there were 5 things wrong with my input. Who knows?
Other than that I appreciate TurboTax as I have used it for quite a few years.

Easier than 1,2,3...

This was a great way of doing my taxes! Simple and easy to understand. The only down side is that it costs more than I had planned for the state taxes portion, but with the rebate it is not bad for the ease the product gave my mind instead of the stress I put up with last year.
What's great about it: EASY!
What's not so great: Time consuming
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I like Turbo very much and I have been using it for several years. If I have trouble, I click on the explanations that have links to them, this helps me a lot.
What's great about it: I use every year because of availibilty
What's not so great: Not too many that I cannot overcome
