Excellent processing but failed to let me e-file.

Still a good product, but now I have to go the post office and hope that I can send this appropriately. At the end, I'm disappointed.
What's great about it: Processing excellent as in the past.
What's not so great: I repeatedly tried to e-file receiving message to download update, which I did only to go through it again and again.

I've used TurboTax for years. It's the greatest.
What's great about it: Easy to use, good explanations, thorough, convenient, e-file

easier every year

Turbo Tax becomes easier to use and more thorough every year, I buy it off the rack, line up my documents, answer the questions, press send and I'm done.
What's great about it: import from prior years
What's not so great: state tax is pushy when your state doesn't collect income tax

Please let the user know at the beginning of the process about what the fees will be.
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast, comprehensive
What's not so great: Absurdly high refund processing fee

This very easy to work, i use it every year for 10 years.
What's great about it: everything is easy to do

2013 Turbo Tax review

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. The calculate your state sales tax does not work and I had to manually over ride your program by putting previously calculated entries in manual mode. Had to restart taxes 3 times before I just tried to force the total in to get my deduction. Also, why don't you still try to update program at beginning of session till end. I was confused with the 1099 Misc entry not showing u[ this year where it did last year. Your form should have been clearly noted that this was a change.
What's great about it: Complete with math checks
What's not so great: Some functions did not work

Overall have found it very helpful in the past. Much easier than doing by hand and trying to look up info.
What's great about it: Concise and to the point
What's not so great: repeating items which don't apply to our situation
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
