Could not e*file my return

For many years I have used TurboTax to prepare my taxes. I have always been able to e*file my returns until this year. When trying to file, I was advised there was an update available that had to be downloaded before filing. Several times I followed directions and attempted to download an update dated 2/14/14. Each time - twice after waiting up to 15 minutes - the update would note download. Very annoying. I finally gave up and printed the return for mailing.
What's great about it: except for the problem, TurboTax was easy to use
What's not so great: could not e*file mytreturn

Didn't ask me to check for updates at the beginning-just at the end!!

why didnt it file the first time

I thought I filed my federal on 2/8/14, but it did not file and I don't know why.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: still didnt file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Maybe you can help the US Government with their health care enrollment website!

I've used TurboTax for almost 2 decades to do my taxes. It really is easy to use and provides all the details of otherwise complicated federal tax law. Thank you TurboTax!
