Please alphabetize the contributions entries once you have completed the entry of the $ dollar amounts for the 501c3/organizations - or the option to alphabetize them. We use Quicken for our home transaction which does alphabetize the organizations so the capability appears to be readily available to you.

Met Expectations

This is a pretty good product, especially for my first time doing taxes. Made everything really easy. My only qualm is whether the upgraded versions are necessary, It might be nice to have an explicit trial period offer.
What's great about it: Easy To Use, Detailed Walkthroughs
What's not so great: Upgrades make me nervous that I might have missed something

Turbo Tax makes it easy

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it easy and thorough. I have never had any problems, like the e-file process and would recommend this for anyone who does their own taxes or would like to start

I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade. It is a great program.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes it easy to file. The program is bug free and works like a charm
What's not so great: Difficult to correct errors
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Took approx 10 hours (too slow!!!)

I liked the ability to review and change input. Turbo would required a date (mm/dd/yyyy) for raised cow, past manual returns have accepted "raised" as date acquired. Turbo required "sales expense" on mutual fund sales, my funds are administered by financial institution with no charge for individual trades. If you don't like my nickname, I'm sorry, but Bob is the nickname for Robert!!!
I tried competitor tax software for 2012. Turbo is far supperior.
What's great about it: Ability to review and work as time allowed
What's not so great: took tooooooo long. could have done by hand faster
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and it just keeps getting better. The prompts ask you the leading questions and makes it so much easier to file rather than trying to figure out what goes into what block and where.
What's great about it: Great Prompts for tax questions
What's not so great: A little confusing in error checking
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Faster Every Year

I'm absolutely amazed at how cool this is for us now. We don't have a lot of details to deal with as two normal working class folks, who only have a house and no kids to deduct. School stuff is far behind in our rearview mirror, and retirement seems pretty far down the road still - so we just file our minor changes to a few items each year! I'll bet this doesn't even take us 2 hours (closer to 1) anymore. Love your program and the fact it isn't real expensive.
What's great about it: This process is faster and faster each year with the prior returns to help guide the process.
What's not so great: A couple of languge terminology issues still confuse us each year, but it is more likely our ignorance than your program
