Quick Education Crash Course

A great deal of aggrivation taken out of my filing thanks to the decriptions afforded with the many links near the lines in question.
What's great about it: Detailed links for question on an immediate line being worked on, which made the whole process seamless.
What's not so great: Package cover:"which turbo tax is right for you" is a bit deceiving, since "basic edition" can be used by homeowner.

Did not Rock anything

Turbo Tax charged me for the efiling of the state return, but the efile did not go through.
Turbo Tax took the $ for the efiling anyway.
There seems to be no way to contact folks there for a return.
And, yes, I just kept downloading updates for Turbo Tax all day long and it still wouldn't take the efile. So, no more TurboTax for me.
What's great about it: Has worked well for many years
What's not so great: Charged me to efile my state return, but the efile did not go through

If only every accounting program worked like TurboTax. You just fill in the boxes, and your taxes get done correctly.
What's great about it: Just fill in the boxes and taxes get done correctly
What's not so great: State returns are pricey for non-resident returns.

This is the best income tax toll in the market! Over 10 years now, once again I completed my Tax Return with Turbo Tax. The easiness and careful review made it an easy experience. Now, my taxes are filed, my payment is scheduled, copies safe and to in the safe side and for a peace of mind my Audit Defense is paid. Strongly recommend Turbo Taxes to do your taxes.
What's great about it: Easy Tool
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
