Would highly recommend turbotax. It is very user friendly. Walks you through each step of the tax process!

Efficient Tax prep

This is my first tax prep and return since my husband passed away, so I was a little anxious. TurboTax was easy to follow and very helpful when I needed explanations. If I succeed in getting a refund without trouble, I'll be thanking God for TT.!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find it easy to navigate through the software, but when I am finished, the process to obtain a print out seems to be more complicated.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate

Love Turbo Tax

Makes my life so much asier...gone are the days where I had to handwrite everything onto the appropriate forms. Hallelujah!
What's great about it: ABle to transfer last years details automatically w/o having to type them myself.
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I like that I can work on my tax return at my own pace. I've been using TurboTax for years with absolutely no problems.

Easy and efficient

The data entry instructions were very easy to follow and understand, identifying what is needed and where to get the information. It covered all aspects of my incomes and deductions.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow and understand what is asked for.
What's not so great: none
