There was some confusion on the 1040X form but after we found the support line number we got it all straightened out
What's great about it: Quick and easy with a great support staff
What's not so great: One section was confusing but we got great support

My wife always did the taxes, but passed away a few months ago. I have never worried about the taxes because she always did them. Using TurboTax I had the taxed done in a few hours instead of the days or perhaps weeks that I thought it would take.

EXCELLENT WAY TO FILE RETURNS

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. This program makes filling out the forms very easy. Retrieve last years information for this years return helps a lot when doing this years return.
What's great about it: GUIDE IS VERY EASY TO FOLLOW
What's not so great: NONE

You can never go wrong using Turbo Tax! Used this service for years and have never had any issue navigating the return and with follow-up from Turbo Tax

Been using Turbo Tax for several years. Once you have gathered all your information it is easy to start inputting into the computer.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use, great product

Recommend. Been using for years and each year gets better. I did try one of the other products and was NOT pleased with the product or outcome so I went back and purchased TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to use, great product that asks questions to suggest further info.
