Transfer of the previous year

Missed the transferring of the previous year's filing, so had to type everything again this year. I thought it meant if I wanted to see last year's filing, mis-interpretted the instructions.

Great program to use, only lacks the free state filing, which a competitor does offer.

I'm sad that I didn't use TurboTax sooner. I have gotten so much more back than when I did the return on my own. Very east to use and no math mistakes. Who knew?
What's great about it: encouraging, feel safe

What's not so great: a little pricey

Consistently superior

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and have always been pleased with the product. I tend to balance in between standard deductions and itemizing, and Turbo Tax makes the calculations for me to get the best benefit. I recommend this product to all of my friends and family.
What's great about it: Simple, walk-thru process is fantastic. Loading information from last year's documents and comparing side-by-side number
What's not so great: not really one I can think of.

Failed to provide all pages of Form 1310

Frustration!

Turbo insisted on saying our state tax withheld was $750,000 more than actual. I could not correct. Therefore Turbo showed we would receive almost the entire taxes we paid in in 2013. I could not submit, by E-file or mail, so I now will be going to a CPA!
What's great about it: Efficiency in compiling information.
What's not so great: Apparently there was a glitch and I could not correct.
