Reliable once again

This program never disappoints. This is my 9th year using Turbo Tax and it makes everything so much easier. The interview usually leads me to an area which I may have omitted doing taxes manually. Well-worth the price and free e-files make up the cost.
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is the second year I've used Turbo Tax to do our taxes and so far no glitches. It's so easy even a stressed out overworked mom like me can get this done in one evening. Thank you for an easy to use product.
What's great about it: Simple Questions
What's not so great: Not having all the gov't info on program had to download

THANK YOU FOR BEING SO HELPFUL I WILL FILE WITH TURBOTAX AGAIN NEXT YEAR BUT WILL GET THE FEDERAL AND STATE CD TOGETHER THAT WILL BE CHEAPER AND LEST CONFUSING.
