Turbo Tax is always very easy to use.

EIC functionality

I talked with an agent, agent of turbo tax! The user name thingy 24_Iwonttypeitallhere_R helped me figure out the problem I had, and even assisted in getting it filed, answering all questions I had along the way. She was helpful all the way through filing and even afterwards in putting a smile on my face in the face of of, well lets face it who likes doing their taxes. Couldn't be more happy.
What's great about it: helpey helper

This is THE quick and easy way to do Federal Taxes. We have NO state income taxes so filing only one return is great!

Ease of Use

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and have found it to get easier an easier each year. The format of a guided help through each screen is excellent for the first time user to the seasoned user.
What's great about it: Best part of Turbo Tax is the step by step format
What's not so great: No cons...

This is the first year I used the download method the past several years I received a disk, however, the ease was the same no problem. I have used Turbo Tax over the past several years and have never had any difficulty. I changed computers this year and could not get the past years to download from the old files which was on an older Windows and would not talk to the windows 8. Other than that same ease as always and pan to use them again next year along with most of my friends with whom I associate.
What's great about it: Detail of each topic and ease of answering their questions.
What's not so great: Last year they ask me about Property Oweners Maint Fees did not this year

Was a little frustrated this year until I downloaded updates. The update had a form for self employed that made a 700.00 difference.
I think you should made the program updates ties to the specific forms for instant updates.

Appreciate the Audit Defense- even tho turbo tax is good human error can happen!
What's great about it: walked me through
What's not so great: couldn't get back to ssa where I could choose simplified or calculate

I have used TurboTax for many years. It's easy to follow and thus far I haven't had any problems.
