NOT user friendly when it comes to printing

I have fooled around with trying to get a pdf file to print on my system for twice as long as it takes to compute my taxes!!! And never did get a printed copy.
What's with that?
What's great about it: great for computing taxes
What's not so great: Lousy for printing with Windows

Easy, easy easy....

Forgot a couple of items first time thru' - but program made it easy to add them in correct place and adjusted total amounts as needed... I like the error check and return review features.... good program....
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions each step of way....
What's not so great: Can't think of any....

What's great about it: Have used Turbo Tax several times. This program has proved to be Accurate.
What's not so great: This time it has proved to be an Ordeal to get thru the Program.

No tax software better than Turbotax

I used Turbo Tax Pro for years when I had a Income Tax preparation business, I still use Turbo Tax for my personal tax preparation.
What's great about it: Ease of use

At first I was having difficulties getting my previous return info, but after calling customer service and getting fantastic help the return went smoothly.
It was less than I had hoped, but I have good service regardless.
What's great about it: Quick service, great customer support
What's not so great: Unsual interface. Ambiguous sign on.

First unhappy year

I've used Turbo Tax ever since it first came out. This is the first year I've had an issue with the program. I entered most of my information, but had to do some research before filing. I saved my return as instructed and closed out. Later that day when I tried to continue I kept getting an error message that said the file didn't exist & was not a tax file. I followed the instructions to delete & reload the software, but the message was the same. I had to re-enter all my information by selecting to start a NEW return, causing me to spend twice the time I usually do to complete & e-file my return.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Error problems
