1st Time doing taxes on my own

The software itself does a great job of walking you through a simple tax return and getting as much of a refund as possible. The only downfall is the costs associated with filing your state tax returns. The cost of the state tax software seems a bit excessive.
What's great about it: Step by step, Great help and tips provided

Poor import from last years 2012 TurboTax, It could not import, I had to type in all my personal data. When e-filing every thing check out up to the end when you click file. Then errors all of a sudden were found and would not e-file. It had problem with APO AE and zip codes not matching the state that was selected. But those same APO AE zip codes and same state worked fine back in 2012 with no problem. Answer: next year I will try a different tax program.
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: Would not import my 2012 turbotax info :( buggy on e-filing

Simple, Easy and Money is on the way

I have used Turbo Tax for the past few years. I have a very simple return but this makes it even easier to file. Saves my information from previous year and updates my paperwork. I will continue to use this software for future years
What's great about it: simple instructions - anyone can do it
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fastest Fill-Out

I really liked the fact that I can do it all online and if I do not have everything I need, it would save what I completed and get me back to the point I had to stop. Also there was no fee to e-File.
What's great about it: Did not have to go to area that were non-applicable
