The questions and pacing have improved over last year. Really easy to use - good for beginners too.

Not Smarter; No What If

Still asks if you want a State return started, even if entered as NO before; and State of residence(s) do not have Income Tax.
Preference and location of entry of Medical Insurance should be smarter, for best return. Choice of SE Insurance or (regular 7.5% of AGI deductions) should be available to compare, with detail sheets movable to either choice for "what-if" result.
What's great about it: Loaded all of Last years Info
What's not so great: Could not copy and paste whole Detail Sheets for What-If (best return) comparison.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I was afraid to do my taxes myself this year for first time, since I am divorced now . But with Turbotax it has been pretty easy :)

TurboxTax Saves the Day

TurboTax makes it so easy to do my taxes. Within two hours, I have everything completed. The fact that TurboTax accesses returns from past years reduces the need to enter the same information year after year. It is very efficient and a time saver.
What's great about it: Ease of use and level of detail

Oh I think it is great. Maybe if they saved stuff in a cloud so I didn't have to use same computer to upload old stuff.
What's great about it: I did not know about the sales tax deduction. made me 100 bucks.
What's not so great: Need to assure users that that deduction is standard. don't be nervous.

It's the Best

I have used TurboTax for the past 10-12 years through lots of different life experiences and have never had anything challenged. I always feel confident when I file my return.
What's great about it: I have a messy return and I can always follow the instructions
What's not so great: Sometimes when I dig in to check things the process is time consuming.

Awesome tax experience.

I enjoyed using turbo tax ; its easy and user friendly. I had my doubts in using it as i thought it would be difficult. It guided me step by step and and explained what I i didn't understand. I recommend turbo tax for anyone who is willing to experience an easy way to file taxes without the hassle of going to a tax office, making an appointment of having to wait for an appointment and not to mention the high cost of a tax person preparing it for you. I really enjoyed using turbo tax. Thanks a million!
