Easy to go through pages. Imported my W-2 very fast and accurate. Great product
What's great about it: fast
What's not so great: State cost too much
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It did not take me very long to do my taxes. it was easy and no problems.

Does the job

Have used TurboTax since the DOS version. Makes our taxes simple. Love the eFile and save as PDF for simplicity. Only con/annoyance was the frequent updates that require me to logout as a regular home user and login in as computer administrator. Then reverse the process and while logged in as admin, TT assumes I haven't not yet used it - wants me to re-register, etc.
What's great about it: Relatively easy when used the prior year
What's not so great: Updates problematic re: computer administrator

Superb Product! - You improved again!

What a great product! When listing the Pros and cons for this years edition of Turbo Tax , my pros list is way too long for this short space! We have trusted Turbo Tax for the last five years and will continue to do so in the future - consistently getting me my return done and showing me comparisons from last years return along the way. Just simply awesome! Thanks to everyone at Turbo Tax for making this a painless process.
What's great about it: Trusted (Last 5 years) Fast , Great with the details
What's not so great: Picked up an empty Form (Sched K1) from a previous year and wouldnt let me efile without it

Step by step process to answer all of the questions to complete the tax return. All fields completed, and maximized our daughter's refund. Thanks!
What's great about it: Quick, clear questions guided me through the whole return.
What's not so great: Took 90 minutes to work my way through the whole thing.

Being unable to print we are also unable to file manually
Will have to obtain forms and start from scratch.
A waste of time and money!
There is nothing wrong with my PDF printing software.

What's not so great: 1.-Unable to print return , 2.- Return was rejected after Turbo Tax could not find eny error
