Easy Way to File Your Taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and will continue to do so. This year, pricewise, was even better; I could use the Basic Turbo Tax. Lot better than what I have previously paid. Thanks for that!
What's great about it: Directions easy to follow
What's not so great: Can't really think of any

Have used Turbo-Tax MANY years - never had a problem or need to refile because of errors.
What's great about it: Easy to use, complete!

I've used TurboTax for a long time and it only gets better. I can count on the accuracy of the data as well.

Helpful software

I don't like having to scroll down the screen to find continue and back. I don't like the colors or the contrast as they are not dense and dark.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: Website color combinations are not helpful in terms of colors and contrast for people with poor vision.

Good program

Nothing special just adequate. The actual review was a pain in the neck. Took an hour to pick a unique nickname. big waste of time.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: efile section was somewhat complex. Probably not as much your fault as IRS

Thorough and Easy to Use

I switched to TurboTax in 2012 after using another software app for about 10 years. We'll be sticking with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Thorough, Easy E-File Process, Easy access to Q&A
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I worked in a tax office and turbo tax is great in explaining every detail to me and so far after 4 years it hasnt been wrong
