2013 TurboTax Basic decline

I downloaded some brokerage information and it saved my secure ID. I could not delete it so had to change to a new ID.
It created some forms that I did not intend (Property sale's when I said I had none) then tried to make me add details to the erroneous forms.
What's great about it: I was able to file taxes but only after a lot of unexpected work
What's not so great: Harder to use than previous years. It missed some errors than found them later.

Excellent Product for first timers

This is my first time doing my tax returns usually my parents fill them out for me. This was extremely easy to use and very helpful making sure that each section is complete and I felt very safe and secure while using this.
What's great about it: ease of access, secure, effectiveness
What's not so great: None Noticed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

OK. saved me some time but not worth the cost. Not able to make corrections by selecting the line on return/form that is in error or transferred incorrectly.
What's great about it: Step through questions.
What's not so great: Incorrectly tranferred infor from fed to state returm, could not fix line in error.

It works, not well, but it works

Clicked on more information for a line item and the help file stated that this information would be available in a later update.
If can't deliver a completed product, perhaps I should look elsewhere next year for professional tax prep help.
Rather disappointed overall, quality slipping every year since I began using TT in the 90's
What's great about it: accurate
What's not so great: incomplete details, lack of polish, difficult to navigate

Fast and easy

As you are going through the various steps for Income and Deductions, and a section is complete, I do not like the way you have to scroll down to click on continue. There should be a way to fit all that information on one screen eliminating the need to scroll.
What's great about it: No need to know various forms
What's not so great: A lot of ads before you file
