It's my first time filling on my own, and turbo tax makes things easier. With the step by step guidelines that will help you on everything you need. Plus, a service operator you can depend on if some trouble occur..

Once again Turbotax makes tax filing a breeze

Since 1995 I have used TurboTax to file my taxes, it is the simplest of programs to use. As a bookkeeper I highly recommend this product to my friends, family and coworkers.

Had an extreme amount of trouble downloading two states. Called technical support and after a few tips we were disconnected. I e-mailed him but he did not return my call.
I never could download from the software. Finally downloaded from the web site. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! Spent four hours on this. Also you need to widen your reponse boxes as all I could see was continu and downloade.

I like Turbo tax

Overall this wasn't too bad of a process to fill online with turbo tax!
What's great about it: Was easy and i felt it was secure
What's not so great: Couldn't figure out pin for e-file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Worst Experience Using TurboTax

it has been in the past. It would NOT allow me to import my information from the previous return. I had to re-enter and re-type a lot of pertinent information that should have automatically transferred. Very disappointing. I mentioned earlier that the software was not user-friendly. It asked too many unnecessary questions. It offered too many options to buy something I didn't want or need. Many times, it wasn't clear what the software was requesting.
What's great about it: The speed and efficiency of filing electronically
