I spent maybe 3x longer than necessary because I tried to change my medical expenses and the program kept ADDING - even when I removed all the ones I had entered, there still was over 7,000 shown...I had to start a new return all over from scratch (and I could not get my last year's turbo tax file, since I did not do it online, and did not have it backed up before my computer died).
What's not so great: could not get to make a change before completing
I really like your program, but did have 1 item I had to work around. My wife and I both have HSA accounts which means we both have high deductible insurances. I cover myself and children while my wife covers herself.
I initially selected the option of me and family which then meant the whole family including my wife. The program then would not let me select my wife only and then caused our employer contribution to the HSA to be taxed.
It would be nice to have yourself, yourself and children, or the whole family as options to select when going thru these questions to eliminate this confusion.
I've used Turbo Tax for years. It's a simple program, it asks the questions, you give the answers, and the work is done. When I have questions, the links are there to give me immediate answers. I've always felt that I've received the biggest refund available.
What's great about it: The answers to my questions were at my fingertips.
