I have used Turbo tax since about 2004. I can't even begin to say how simple it makes doing my taxes. The folks that put this program together do a great job every year. Thanks, Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: Simple, easy to understand questions.
What's not so great: The only thing I can think of is that it doesn't read your mind.

They found Earned Income Credit and Child Tax Credits for me. I accidentally said one of my kids didn't live with me for the whole year and they caught it at the end and doubled my return.

Still Impressed with the process!

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years now. There has never been a time that I didn't feel that I got the best refund in the easiest way. I never stress when I sit down to do my taxes. You guys are on top of all of the latest tax laws and I feel confident that my taxes are done correctly without missing any deductions. I know I'm getting the maximum refund. I look forward to using Turbo Tax next year too!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks me through everything.

I love TurboTax!!!

When it was time to e-file my tax form, TurboTax ran an error check and found that I entered in the wrong state for my school that I attended. When I tried to skip over the error because at first I did not notice the error, TurboTax would not allow it. Thank goodness for that! The error was so small to me but my return would have been denied if it was not fixed. An abbreviation of two letters TurboTax found. Now that is detailed!
What's great about it: What a difference two letters make
What's not so great: nothing at all
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I am very pleased with this product. Only one suggestion, when you click on the forms and then back to step-by-step it would be helpful if the program would stay where you were....make it easier to locate things one is looking for.
