So Thankful For Turbo Support Team!!!!

I am a returning customer and had gone online to prepare my taxes and it stated that I owed almost $3,000. I knew that my income was less than last year so I freaked out! So I called Customer Assistance and spoke to the most wonderful, patient and helpful woman named Deborah. She calmed me down and walked me through it and almost 2 hours later my amount owed went from $3,000 to getting a refund! I cant thank her enough for her professionalism she is surely an asset to your company. I can say without a doubt I received the best customer service ever in my life. God Bless her and everyone at Turbo Tax for this positive experience! Oh and the picture I added is of Mr. Kitty he thanks you also for calming his mom down and getting her a refund.
What's great about it: Super Efficient Service. Very Patient And Understanding. Very Helpful

Basic Turbo simple to use even for the simple

Turbo is great but would be even better if you could file more than five returns even if you had to pay for all over five. Eh?

Have been using turbotax for 8 years, I pay every year, but could get free copies when in military, through my credit unions and wonder why i keep payinf when i could get for free.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it helped me with the life changes I have experienced like getting married, having kids, running a business, and buying a house. I look forward to my tax return each year because Turbo Tax makes it fast and easy!
