Turbo tax is so detailed to help me get the best refund. It ensures that I want miss a single deduction. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I am never disapointed.

Easy Peasy

All the steps for my deductions were there and easy to find and follow. That wasn't the case in previous years. For example, previously it was hard to find where the "volunteer miles' deduction was taken.
The State Sales Tax deduction said that it couldn't be taken because Congress hadn't yet decided. When downloading the updates at the end, and then redoing the Sales Tax deduction, the decision had evidently been made because the calculation was completed.
What's great about it: Steps easy to follow
What's not so great: No update at the beginning

I was happy with how easy and fast it was to use TurboTax to file my taxes. I plan to use TurboTax next year.

Easy with the Basic

I file as a self employed, running an overall business and a farm. I was able to use the Basic edition quite well (although Turbo tax will recommend a more thorough version), having done my taxes for over 50 years, the last 10 with Turbo tax.
It gets easier each year.
What's great about it: Questions asked were straight forward, calculations hidden
What's not so great: none I can think of

I like Turbo Tax. It makes filing much easier. I feel confident that my return is filed correctly and I am getting the maximum refund.
What's great about it: I like the interview questions. The questions guided me through easily to all relevant fields in the 1040 form.
What's not so great: Encountered errors in installation indicating administrator privileges. I was able to get around this.
