waits too long

I really liked the program since it was compatible with my computer !! Thanks for being available !!
What's great about it: easliy guided through questions
What's not so great: made me nervous when the program hesitated

need to include state 1310

I can't beleive i now have to go do the 1310 for MASS separately - you need to beef this area up or provide a refund if you do not
What's great about it: transfer from fed to state
What's not so great: for all the $$ that I was charged I I have to do 1310 manually

Overall pleased, just hate program glitches and help was of no help for them.
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: It wouldn't let me e-file even though I downloaded the latest updates

It Gets Better Every Year

I especially liked not going back to look for updates every time I went back to continue my work in progress. I found it impossible to print my return once I completed, and I am not happy about that.

I've used different turbo tax products each year and each offers exactly what I need. Don't know what I would do without it but spend so much time putting my taxes together.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: IRAs need clearer instructions especially different scenerios
