great stuff
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: had trouble finding how to add sales tax

Download and complete in just a few minutes as long as you have all forms and deductions handy. E-File a piece of cake as well.
What's great about it: This software is so simple to use. Takes just minutes!
What's not so great: None

Love the Ease of Turbotax

I've been doing our tax return with Turbo Tax for years. I always recommend it to friends. It has gotten easier each year with your updates. Your team really thinks of everything that I would ask about or wish for in software. I am the least techy person and this really is easy to use.
What's great about it: So easy to prepare taxes and I like the cost of Turbo Tax vs. an accountant
What's not so great: Nothing! You've thought of everything.

Easy, Fast with Confidence

Some of the questions are tedious and leave some doubt of what is the right answer but I realize the software must cover all situations. Other than that I won't be using anything but Turbo Tax. My history with them and the ease and speed of getting it done makes them the only choice.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, Confident of Accuracy
What's not so great: Not quite sure of where some of the numbers come from

Really helpful for first timers

Overall it was pretty helpful as a first timer doing taxes. It did a good job of walking you through every little step to make sure you did everything correctly.
What's great about it: Very detailed, offered explaination links for things I didn't understand,

I believe I could do my taxes faster with pencil, paper and calculator.Turbo tax has become user unfriendly and wastes time.
