we have used TurboTax for several years and have recommended it to several people.
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to follow, helpful at each step

Turbo Tax Review

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and this year has been the easiest to use. It quickly took me through the steps and prompted me for missing data. Reviews were performed quickly and the final steps for electronic filing were very helpful.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, Reviews performard quickly

TurboTax lets you feel confident that there are no mistakes made on the returns you prepare. It is inexpensive and reliable. I prepare the returns for three people on my one account each year, and all refunds are quickly direct-deposited. Thanks!
What's great about it: repeats itself often, regarding asking the pertinent questions.

Undetected errors in Form 1116

I tried everything to get eFile to accept my return with two 1116s. Nothing worked. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR PRODUCT SO THAT IT WILL CATCH THE ERRORS THAT PREVENT A RETURN WITH 2 COPIES OF FORM 1116 FROM BEING ACCEPTED. I finally deleted the second copy (which caused the first copy not to be submitted with the return) and eFile accepted it, although I don't believe it's as accurate as it would have been if the return had been submitted with both 1116s.
What's great about it: Did all the calculations
What's not so great: Form 1116 repeatedly rejected

Over all, an easy process with more than adequate help along the way... Hey, I'm not an accountant, but with Turbo Tax, you don't have to be.
What's great about it: Step by step easy... easy...easy
What's not so great: none (really, honestly)
