Years and years of using TurboTax - I wouldn't think of using anything else. Easy to do, easy to understand, quick to complete and get my return. What more could I want? I have one sister who is a trained, paid tax preparer for a well known tax preparation service and another sister that is an established CPA specializing in taxes - I trust them but don't need to even consider asking them to do my taxes.
What's great about it: So easy to complete!
What's not so great: Should make renewal section more intuitive and easier.

Kept asking me to fill out a form 6252. Didn't apply.
efile was cumbersome. Sent me to form 6252 which I had to phoney up to make it accept and when it returned me to efile I had to start all over. Sent me to get an update from you. When I returned it made me start all over. The offer to buy the state program was annoying. One "NO" should be enough. Every time I restarted the program it took me to the beginning instead of to the place I was at in the help me along process. There is no link to help (explain this) from the forms pages.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and wouldn't go back to preparing taxes by hand, ever! E-filing is also quick and convenient.

Big Help to a Messy Job

I've been using Turbo Tax for some years but found the current issue (2013) to be particularly easy to complete.
I felt confident that I had submitted my info in the correct form, and received a nice return to boot.

Wish you had a very basic return. 90$% of the questions did not pertain to me.
