Make it audit friendly

I had 129 1099-B entries.
To help me see that my entries line by line are correct. add
another column for net gain/loss. That will tell me if my numbers are correct for sales and cost, line by line.

Sales type pages have one tiny shortcut icon at the top left of
the page. Increase the font size and place the icon top left AND
bottom right.

What's not so great: 1099-B line entries not audit friendly. Sales category pages numbered poorly.

Overall consistent and easy to use. I have used it for 10 plus years now.

Generally easy to use. Although navigation does not bring you back to where you left off. Also, negatives were K-1 data and Form 1116. These 2 items may just be too complex for TurbTax..

What's great about it: WALKED ME RIGHT THROUGH EVERYTHING. DOUBLE CHECKED EVERYTHING
What's not so great: WOULD PREFER ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS. YOU MUST HAVE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS. YOU COULD USE A DROP DOWN BOX.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Using Turbo Tax

I use Turbo tax to do my taxes each year. The thing I like most is it keeps a copy of my return on my PC to import my information into next year's return. Turbo Tax handle all of my tax perpetration needs.
What's great about it: The guide that walk you through step by step for doing taxes.
What's not so great: The price if Turbo Tax Basis is too high
