Excellent Experience Again with 2013 Tax Return

As usual, I am well pleased with TurboTax. It reduced my rather complex return to a relatively easy and quick task. My return included a home sale, significant non-cash charitable contributions, complex IRA and Roth IRA calculations, medical deductions, business expenses, and capital loss carryover in addition to the more normal entries. With TurboTax I am confident the tax return will be accurate despite such complexities. I have used the software for many years with no errors or audits.
What's great about it: Comprehensive, Accurate, Easy
What's not so great: Program wouldn't efile with override, but I found a workaround

Excellent Expderience

Turbo Tax is easy to use. The step-by-step instructions make it very understandable. The electronic downloads make it convenient and even easier by helping remove the possibilities of typos. I feel comfortable in that my return is accurate and my refund is the best I could get. Start to finish, it took less than an hour - and I had more than one W2 to enter.
What's great about it: Fast, easy convenient. Fully confident my return is correct
What's not so great: Can't pinpoint any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes made easy

Ease of use with step by step questions for beginners or you can just dive right in and fill out the forms. It has improved and gotten easier over the years or I have gotten more comfortable with it. It allows me to know it has been done correctly and I have visited all possible deductions.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Not sure if it was me or the program, so none I guess

Not so easy.

Had a hard time to get the state sales tax information. Finally figured it out but it shouldn't be that hard. I have used you guys in the past because it was always so very easy. This year it was a hassle and very frustrating. i will use it next year but would suggest you automatically send updates as they are available and not make the user hunt for them.
What's not so great: Was difficult to file and get State sales tax forms
