I have used Turbo Tax for years, I like how simple it is to file my taxes. I like how you can sign up for the program to be sent yearly. :O)

Very thorough

I mostly like Turbo Tax very much. It is thorough and is very clear in asking the questions. The think I don't like is that when I want to go in and make a change to a detail I entered before, I have to go through the whole interview for a section again. It would be nice if I could see an outline of the section and click on the question I want to edit. Also, sometimes I don't really understand why I do or don't get to deduct something. I know it is a complicated calculation and that the worksheets cover it, and the nice thing about TT is that I don't have to wade through the complicated stuff, but I would like to be able to see a summary of the calculations, that show why I don't get to deduct some particular thing.
What's great about it: Covered all the bases
What's not so great: hard to find the details I want to correct

Disappointed

I have been disappointed with Turbo Tax the last two years. The easy step by step process is what first made me a Turbo Tax fan. The last two years, I have had very common situations (moving/my daughter going to college) that were not covered in the step by step process. I had to research what to do in order to continue my return.

What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Not Complicated
What's not so great: Small issue uploading program
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Tax Filing

The software was easy to use and gave detail info on any section if needed, easy step-by-step process. GREAT JOB!
What's great about it: Simple, easy, and strait forward.
What's not so great: None, GREAT WORK!
