It is the best there is and keeps getting better.

Great Product

I have been using TurboTax for decades and it keeps getting better and easier. I finished my taxes and e filed today in about 1 hour.
What's great about it: TTAX handles just about anything you throw at it.
What's not so great: I'm still thinking about how good it is.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Very disappointed; Turbotax has fallen apart

My return disappeared after a software update and I had to re-enter everything again.
This year's software kept asking me the same questions over and over, even though I had already answered them and, the second time through, tried to skip over the sections.
The software kept telling me I had a zip code entry error when I didn't (the zip code was part of information transferred from the previous year's return, and is correct).
The software forced me to create an e-file PIN even though I am filing by mail.
The on line help is no help at all -- gives incorrect answers to problems that MUST be software coding errors, such as the zip code error.
Have used Turbo tax for years and this is the first year I have had any problems; i will be considering other software suppliers after this year.

I called Intuit to get some help with a tax mess I had made. I was put through to Bethany out of Texas. I have been thinking about this all week, and can say I have never had such amazing customer service. She was so patient in understanding my problem and found a few others I had made along the way. I was terrified but with her efficiency and calm manner we got through this. She educated me in the process and although professional, she handled me with such care - walking me through steps so patiently and sticking with me until I submitted my taxes. I am still just blown away by the help she provided. I was so relieved. I can honestly say I have never received such amazing service. She is gold. I think she deserves her own parking place. Ok maybe not, but I hope someone reads my letter and will thank her for me. I will never forget this. Thank you,Debbie Acosta
