REVIEW MISSED ERRORS IN PROGRAM, LUCKILY IO FOUND THEM. THIS WAS NOT A WELL DONE SYSTEM AS IN PAST YEARS.
What's great about it: ORGANIZATION AND PAST YEARS IMPORTING
What's not so great: STILL UPDATING AT FILING TIME, PROGRAM MISSED TWO REQUIRED FILING CHECKBOXES

tax preperation ok but can't e-file!!!!!

Frustrating, no one to call about e-filing!
What's great about it: helpful prep as well as coordination with prioryears.
What's not so great: won't e-file,even rebooted and tried twice. says need updates that i did both times and there is no other updates.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and I actually look forward to doing my taxes each time. I've learned a lot and have developed an appreciation for how the tax code works. Yes, it's complex and you wonder sometimes how someone could have come up with the way we tax ourselves, but I do find it interesting.
What's great about it: Currency with new laws, ease of use
What's not so great: None, really. Accessing the user forum is a bit clunky...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy to let Turbo Tax guide me along. Fast response and E-filing is a plus. Thanks.
What's great about it: Picked up last years data, and data from brokerages
What's not so great: No problems (other than with my own printer!)
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Don't be stubborn

More negative...Absolutely would not let me change from giving $3 to the presidential form. Override works, but the error checker kept giving me an error.
More negative... several places, would not let me enter 0 or make no entry wherever I had an entry last year. example is schedule A line 7 Personal property taxes. Refused to allow me to leave blank, had to enter 0. Gave an error during error check.
What's great about it: still fairly easy to use and navigate.
What's not so great: Strange around the time to print... not clear what to do.
