Its horrible! I can't print my return, it keeps trying to sell me nitro, if I wanted to buy something I would request it! I WILL NEVER BUY TURBO TAX AGAIN!

I loved the actual figuring of the taxes, it categorized everything and reminded me of things I might have forgotten. When it came time to submit the form, there were way too many screens trying to get me to buy another product. Then , when I thought I had submitted everything, it turned out that I didn't. It was way too confusing at the end to actually submit. There should be one button: "Okay, Submit". Then if you want to add a state return, add it after the federal one is DONE.
What's great about it: Easy to use, made the return and calculations ridiculously easy
What's not so great: I had no idea that my return had not been filed.

This is my 4th year using Turbo Tax and it is the easiest and best way to file your taxes. It get the maximum return with the least amount of effort. I would recommend this to all who file taxes.

I feel that doing my federal income taxes is a learning experience every year and encourage those that feel confident in their ability to try if you never have and always had a company do it for you!

It is different this year for me because this was the first year I filed married it took a little longer but hey the good thing is I am getting more money back this year then I ever got! thank you Turbo Tax

Every category has help blocks to understand each one! Have used TurboTax since before the day that IRS accepted efiles. I have efiled ever since and love the quickness of the money hitting my bank account!
What's great about it: Questions are always EZ to understand
What's not so great: Too Many invitations to upgrade

I've used Turbotax for years and will continue to do so in the future if you don't push extra stuff on me too hard. As a retired expat, with modest straight forward income, and no state tax return to file, I have been very successfully served with the Basic edition. Please don't make it hard for me to do the same in the future.

I appreciate the time the experts spent with me. They were helpful and very thorough. At one point, I was very lost so the expert I was assigned to, had me screen share so she could pinpoint where I was having trouble.
What's great about it: Took the time to go through every issue that came up
What's not so great: Seem to cut off early, didn't feel entirely sure of myself once the call ended.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
