Reliable TurboTax

I love, love, love Turbo Tax. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions, great to download brokerage transactions, always faster and easier to do than I think it will
What's not so great: Pages need to be numbered to keep in order when your printer decides to die in the middle of printing

I can decide to file taxes on my schedule. This has been a benefit for me for the last 4 years. Will use this next year as well.

While time-consuming to fix the problem, I was impressed with both the knowledge of the individual who helped me as well as the patience she demonstrated. Don't let this employee get away!

I fought some errors during my data entry; As it turned out, I should have updated before continuing with the work after a two month absence .
I began my program data entry back in early Jan. 2014 in order to obtain a 'first pass' early picture of my tax responsibility.

Makes filing relatively painless

I have used TurboTax for years and keep coming back. It's easy to use and brings all the boilerplate information forward so I don't have to type it in myself. I've not tried other software programs because I feel comfortable coming back to TurboTax each year.
The one thing I would change which I would find most useful would be a worksheet I could print out before I start the actual program. I'd like to have all the figures and info I need on the worksheet in the order I will need them as I work through the program. There could be options to print the worksheets I'd need since not everyone would need the same ones. One could be for income, one for medical, etc..
What's great about it: instructions in a logical format and easy to follow
What's not so great: updates were'nt automaically applied

Should have ran the update at the beginning. Waited until later
which was confusing as to the unavailability of required forms to file. Update first(at the beginning)should be a requirement of the user.

A lifesaver

I work part time and still have everything deducted and I feel I pay a large % back out of my ss and I don't see it reflected anywhere.
What's great about it: Over-all ease of filing with turbo guidance
What's not so great: Lack of social security insite
