Always use Turbo Tax

I have used TurboTax for 20+ years, and I like the methodology of filing taxes. However and after exhausting all sources I knew of or were available, I was not able to efile the return and I have to mail it.
What's great about it: Menu driven data input

I used to do my taxes with a pencil and a calculator. I have used TurboTax for 20 years. I'll never go back.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Will it show last years return information next year? It has not in the last 5 years I have used TT.
What's great about it: It is better than taking it to a preparer.
What's not so great: Did the state and US get it this year

This program was easy to use. Took very little time to complete. Would advise anyone to use this instead of paying a CPA.

Overall, very clear and simple to use. Download from brokers saves time. You might make printing of Estimated Tax Vouchers optional, since the IRS does send these to many taxpayers, or arrange to print them on fewer sheets.
What's great about it: Clear instructions, with timely reassurance that the program "will get back to that."
What's not so great: Very few. You might explain the "Back" function uses "X" at top right.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
