Speed Me UP

The space between the content and the "back" and "continue" is tooooo wide. On my computer I have to use two hands for the curser and I had to move the bar down EVERY time to find the directions. Wasted space. I could not make my picture larger.
What's great about it: logistics on information
What's not so great: Getting to the bottom for BACK or CONTINUE

Back with Turbo Tax forever

Did the H&R. It was OK. Tax Slayer was real pain. From now on it will be Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Tried the others. This was so much less hassle

Turbotax 2013

I have been using TT for well over 10 years. It didn't work nearly as well this year. It locked up multiple times and rebooted. Some of my last data each time was lost and had to be reentered. Tax help details not nearly as indepth as in prior years.
What's great about it: Seemed to pull in last years data much easier.
What's not so great: Program locked up, shut down multiple times.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another Great Year with Turbo Tax

I've used Turbo Tax for years. I invite my friends over to use it. I can't imagine going through tax season without it...
...Actually, I remember the paper forms and tables. I'll stick with Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: I still have to pay taxes. :-(

Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it easier every year. I recommend it to my friends and family. It is easy to enter information. The explanations on areas I have questions on are very complete and understandable. I find the information from the prior year to be helpful so I don't forget any areas. The carry forward from prior years saves me lots of time. I would not use any other software or an accountant as even they make mistakes.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: can't think of anything I love the product

Just one little peeve

I've been using TurboTax for years; nothing could be simpler in my mind. Just one thing: can't the software recognize when someone is in a state that doesn't have an income tax, and not ask us if we want to file our state return, tell us that we haven't filed a state return, and ask us if we're sure we don't want to buy the state version?
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: None, really.
